Therapy works best when it is tailored to the individual client, collaborative, and flexible. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and fostering well-being by addressing the different aspects and domains of one's life. I work with all ages with various mental health, behavioral, and medical conditions. I see individuals, couples and families. I offer both in-person and teletherapy (secure, online video) sessions.
My integrative approach to psychotherapy is grounded in positive psychology and combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). In addition to traditional approaches to psychotherapy, I believe strongly in the use of behavioral health techniques and mind-body techniques, such as biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, and meditation. I also offer focused treatment to help clients develop and enhance both lifestyle and executive functioning skills.
I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurances and I will also help you to navigate out-of-network benefits. Clients are responsible for their copay or payment at the time of service. I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
