Therapy works best when it's tailored, collaborative, and flexible. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and fostering well-being by addressing all the various aspects of you. Currently I work with adult populations with various mental health, behavioral, and medical conditions. I offer individual psychotherapy using teletherapy (secure, online video) sessions.
My integrative approach to psychotherapy is grounded in positive psychology and combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). In addition to traditional approaches to psychotherapy, I believe strongly in the use of behavioral health techniques and mind-body techniques, such as biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, and meditation. I also offer focused treatment to help clients develop and enhance both lifestyle and executive functioning skills.
I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Optum Preferred Plan for MassGeneral Brigham Employees/Dependents insurances.
