About Me

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist that practices with an integrative approach to psychotherapy.  With a focus on well-being, my work is grounded in positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.  I strongly believe that we are so much more than just our diagnoses, whether mental, physical or behavioral, and I strive to help clients foster all areas of their lives.

I graduated from William James College with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology along with a MA in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in private practice, inpatient facilities, schools and colleges, correctional facilities and outpatient settings.  I have experience providing individual, group, couples and family therapy. My practice is Well-Being & Behavioral Health Services and I work remotely with teletherapy.  I am also affiliated with Boston Behavioral Medicine where I supervise and teach psychology graduate students. It is important to me that I maintain a diverse and culturally sensitive practice and that I'm always seeking new training experiences.

Beyond being a psychologist, I am also a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and so much more.  These relationships and my life experiences have shaped who I am and influence my work but I recognize and respect how different we all are.  I also have the honor of being a groop guide for Groops and a medical writer and reviewer for Buoy Health.

It is such a privilege to be welcomed into the lives of my clients and to help them gain a greater sense of well-being.
