I'm a licensed clinical psychologist that practices with an integrative approach. With a focus on well-being, my work is grounded in positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy with a significant emphasis on the mind-body connection.  I strongly believe that we are so much more than just our diagnoses, whether mental, physical or behavioral, and I strive to help clients to foster all areas of their lives.
My practice is Well-Being and Behavioral Health Services and I currently work remotely with teletherapy. I graduated from William James College with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in various settings with different modalities and client populations.
It is important to me that I maintain a diverse and culturally sensitive practice and that I am always seeking new training experiences. I am affiliated with Boston Behavioral Medicine, where I supervise and teach psychology graduate students. I also have the honor of being a group guide for Groops and a member of Postpartum Support International
Beyond being a psychologist, I am also a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and much more. These relationships and my life experiences have shaped who I am and influence my work.
It is such a privilege to be welcomed into the lives of my clients and to help them gain a greater sense of well-being.
